EntityPair
Survivor + retiring oriented pair returned by entityPair. Both fields
use the Entity interface so clients spread ...EntityBase once and add
subtype-specific selections via inline fragments. The orientation matches
the “first slug is the survivor” URL contract used by the merge routes
under /$product/registry/$entitySlug/$id/merge/$candidateId.
